    • 민윤지 don’t believe her you look better
      안녕하세요 반갑습니다
      제 이름은 바다입니다
      어떻게 지내요 ?
      나는 한국어 공부해요

  1. You look like a kid in the face. So vibrant and gorge. I stand with you as a raw vegan of almost 2 years and a vegan of 2 years (i became a vegan/raw vegan because of you). I will go back to like 99% raw once i move to a warmer climate. Now im like 95% raw.

  2. I can’t believe anyone would think being a raw vegan is just a trend. WOW it is such a BEAUTIFUL BRAVE life style change.

    • Deborah Clemons aman. Im over 2 years vegan and almost 2 years raw vegan and never looked back. Why would i when i know how i felt before and how i feel now. That’s insane

    • It’s not just a trend but it has become one. Every youtuber is vegan but they can’t go fully raw like Christina because they are not truly committed to the lifestyle

  3. I cannot agree more! Becoming a vegan made me a more compassionate person, I started to care more about the environment as well. I know some people think I’m crazy and it’s some kind of joke, but I’m gonna keep doing what I’m doing. I’m feeling the best at 32 than I’ve ever felt in my life.

  4. you are the reason why I’ve incorporated more raw foods into my diet! I don’t think I’ll ever be 100% raw but you’ve help my health profoundly.

  5. Glad you made this video. I’ve been seeing a lot of vegans/raw vegans here on youtube quitting this lifestyle.

    • yayadrew I’m vegan, BUT being RAW 100% is NOT healthy for your mind and heart. You will be very cranky like Kristina and live a sad life. The BEST way to go and to be happy in this life is to eat healthy RAW, COOKED and BAKED VEGAN food.❤

    • Wow. Stop. Being. So. Ignorant. We as “regular” vegans get judged everyday so why would you spread missinformation about rawveganism? Have you seen her blood results video? We should support every vegan in our community. Raw or not. And a raw vegan diet is the healthiest diet on this earth. I feel incredible after eating a rawvegan breakfast!

    • Mini Vegana this is so false. Have you ever even been a raw vegan? Ive never felt better in my life except for when i was 100% raw vegan. Now im like 95% raw

  6. But including cooked beans and grains isn’t going to make you unhealthy and it will be more environment friendly / compassionate. Why are you so persistent on keeping such a high maintainence lifestyle? You don’t have to be raw to be healthy and I wish you would just give cooked food a try to realize it’s okay to eat them. Your hair looks amazing btw.

    • She must stood there and said: “because of the way it makes ME feel…” Are you listening? I am sure Kristina is aware what she can do by adding some cooked beans and veggies. SHE CHOOSES not to do this because she doesn’t want to. If you want to add cooked veggies and beans DO THAT FOR YOU. And what do mean “high maintenance” try buying fruits and veggies- it’s easy- try not cooking anything, it’s easy to pick it up and eat it! Kristina dies what works for her you do what’s right for you

    • up4atgal of course she can do what she wants if she feels better doing it, but I think eating this much fruit can be quite expensive. She once said that she spends 20 dollars a day on food, which means mostly fruit, and that’s just for her being one person. Of course if you can afford it that’s good, but if you can’t afford it then you probably can’t be completely raw or fruitarian. All of those exotic fruits are quite expensive and you probably wouldn’t want to eat just apples and pears and some of the other cheaper fruits since it is the only thing you’re eating

    • therobin she just posted a raw vegan ratatollie recipe that has 0 exotic fruits, so that seems like a poor excuse and Monika Chung how is eating beans more environmentally friendly/compassionate than eating raw aaaannnnnd you can eat raw sprouted beans, you don’t have to remove them from your life just because you don’t boil them…

    • Mystique Faun well but you can’t eat only ratatollie and some of that stuff for the rest if your life…And she does eat many exotic fruits and therefore she is showing her viewers that you apparently do need to eat those in order to have at least some kind of variety.
And why would eating beans be worse for the environment than eating all those fruits she is eating? I don’t really get it. Also I don’t know why you should need an excuse for not eating raw. Being a regular vegan already does it all, so being raw is just a personal choice as it does not harm less animals or anything.
      There is no “excuse” needed

  7. Hi Kristina! Will you be doing another fully raw challenge sometime in the near future that isn’t a juice challenge? 🙂
