  1. this is so much easier to do for beginner. My teacher just gave this pose today but he didn’t really give me a good modification for a beginner and I kept falling over. Thanks Kino for giving a good explanation :)))

  2. I disagree. However whatever your opinion you cannot argue with the beautiful command she has over such a difficult posture which surely is the more relevent matter.

  3. thanks for replying Kino :)) I wish I could join your class in Miami :(( I love your teaching style, I’ve been watching a lot of your videos..

  4. oh wow, I’ve always had a bit of trouble with this one but these modifications change everything! thank you so much, I’ve never seen someone suggest these options.

  5. I currently have been getting pain in my left hip when taking this movement fully especially when getting my hand down… any one kno why this could be? thanks

  6. Hi thanks so much for the reply! is there anything that I can do to help lack or blockage of internal rotation? I really feel like this is stopping me in quite a few postures at the moment including binding in lotus postures. Thanks again!

  7. thank you Kino. I tried this pose for bind several times, but I couldn’t link my hands. I have short arms. is the twisted bind accessible for people with short arms?
