Thank you very much Kino! Love your videos! Could you share some time what your diet looks like? Not just that it is vegetarian but how you make sure to keep it balanced and healthy especially when traveling. Do you take any supplements? Does time for eating matters, etc.?
+Anna Oleshkevych Great question. I’ll definitely include that eventually.
Hi Kino….you mentioned that you had some shoulder issues…I also have shoulder issues and I’m trying to increase strength. I have little strength holding my arms up in the warrior 2 position. What can I do to increase strength and flexibility?
Thank you
Pat
Hi Kino!
I’ll be attending your Dallas, TX workshop in two weeks!
Something I think would be good to talk about, and I’m not sure if you already have, is pain. How to discern between good pain and bad pain in physical practice. Also when to push through pain in physical practice and tips on how to go through pain (heartache, sadness, anxiety, stress, anger, fear, etc) off the mat.
+Brittany Castro That’s a great topic! Thanks for suggesting it.
Making this list was incredible, to me it was so deep and meaningfull, i even shed a tear or two along the way. Thanks for the awesome video Kino 🙂
thank you for sharing!
Hi Kino! I was wondering what make up, hair, bath products you use…seeing as your vegan! As well as what your diet is on your crazy non-stop schedule! Thank you so much for sharing your life with us on such a busy schedule. Namaste
Your words filled me with joy and love. You speak pure love, as always 🙂
So thank you, Kino 🙂
Hi Kino, many thanks for this advise. You are such a beautiful person outside, of course, and inside!! Please keep shooting these “Living the Yogi’s live” videos, they are so inspiring!! You are so inspiring! Namaste
Thank you for great, inspiring videos! I’d be interested in hearing your take on how to discern between times when you are truly exhausted, and should rest and times when you are just lazy. I’d also like to hear some discussion on how to practice brachmacharya in all its different aspects. Keep posting these great videos!
Kino’s number seven is sun. I live in northern part of Russia and from November till February sunrise is at 9.30 am and dawn is at 3 pm, so with usual work shift from 9 am to 6 pm you actually never see sun for 3 month.
Today is a first day of my vacation, I’ve been woken up by sunlight falling on my face from a window. That definitely goes to my list.
I like the “Living the Yogi’s Life” Serie, so thank you for that.
And I would like to see your nailpolish collection and maybe you can do a kind of cooking video, where you share your favorite recipes? I am sure, that many people would be interested in some recipes, too 🙂
+bellementfleur Thanks for watching, glad to hear that you like this series 🙂
I love your smile, I’m thankful I found your channel.
Great topic, I would like to know how to relate the chakras with the yoga practice.
