  1. I used to think loving yourself and being kind towards yourself, made no sense. After suffering I found this was fundamental to healing.

  2. Hi Kino, thanks for another beautiful video, I think about my self that I always have been kind and nice with the world, but since I have been practising with you almost 4 years ago, I really think I am kinder than before, i am grateful for that. This morning after my practice, my breakfast and almost ready to go to work I told to my self, you are brave, strong and kind. I gave compliments at work at least 4 people without thinking too much, and in the top of that a close colleague said a have a present for you and gave me a nice bracelet with the Hamsa symbol, so it is amazing how easy and rewarding is to be kind to one another. More kindness will make a better world. Peace.
    P.S. Thinking in Australia.
