What if we could build a global waste disposal service for carbon? Bremen, Germany has their Steal plant renewable trough some fossil gas devestmen and because the German grid is not currently transporting most Wind energy.

Hear me out, we stop using fossil fuels all together and move towards carbon free alternatives like geo-thermal, electrification, nuclear, etc.

You do know that if you remove carbon from the carbon cycle you create a desert just saying.
Again: humans trying to change things not realizing, over and over again, that there will be negative consequences to those actions.
You know if you *add* carbon into the carbon cycle you melt glaciers, start forest fires, create water scarcity, increase the severity of storms and hurricanes… oh yeah you also create deserts. The Sahara is growing in size, look it up. The notion that carbon capture is bad only follows if you are completely ignorant to the massive co2 pollution happening across our planet.
The trees are already suffocating enough as it is the more carbon We get rid of the more trees we lose the more deserts we create.
There won’t be trees left , if carbon capture takes off .
They will use it as an excuse to land clear .
We no longer need nature to clean up , big brother has you covered , we stick it under ground now and charge the price of doing it to you .
That forest you like to camp in , is now another farm of some sort because the land has been cleared .
The land was more beneficial as a farm and a carbon capture plant .
I did not expect my hometown of Scunthorpe to be featured in this TED Talk.
