The First Amendment should be applied in the physical world as well as the internet world.
China has made it clear that absolute censorship (and now dictatorship) is what they want. Google needs to permit Free Speech in America, but do tyranny in China.
With the internet evil has taken hold of all of our data, censored anyone trying to promote freedom, and caused economic hardships for everyone. Without the internet people like Mark Zuckerberg would have nothing to steal. And guess what. Our government could care less who stole what so long as they get something from it. That’s just the cold hard reality of the internet today. If you could physically see the internet it would be a ghetto far worse then anything ever seen in Nazi Germany.
So much for small government.
Enforcing the First Amendment adds nothing.
We need to ban people from spewing hatred and dividing countries over polarizing issues such as migration.

No we don’t we need this text box in which I write to be considered a public place. we have a bill of rights.
The mode of communication should not matter. Free Speech doesn’t care if it’s paper, voice or digital… it’s a concept.
It is not just about an internet Bill of Rights but also an economic fight against MONOPO-LIES We are protected by laws that ensure fair and competitive marketplace in all areas of commerce. CNN and the MSM in general want to get rid of the alt-media competition because it is hurting their bottom line. FOLLOW THE MONEY. That is what motivates them most, beyond politics of the day. Call on Dept of Commerce for unfair market practices, attempts at cornering the market and on DoJ for RICO/conspiracy.
Alex, please get other big name conservatives together and start making better alternatives to YouTube, Twitter, and Facebook and promote the heck out of them. Also, get a class action lawsuit for billions going against these companies.
