Free speech doesn't allow you to scream "Fire" in a crowded theater, but according to a German court if Muslims set fire to a German synagogue it's ok due to the fact that it is "Free Speech." On the other hand Merkle's Govt. is relocating to prosecute as hate speech anything on social media that slams their migration policies.
