Bill To Eliminate Airport Gun Free Zones Introduced Immediately Before Florida Shooting

The event, which was the sixth mass shooting in the U.S. so far this year, apparently began after the suspect obtained a pistol from his inspected case, went to the restroom to pack it, and opened fire inside luggage claim.

However just recently, Florida legislators began rallying assistance for SB 140, a state bill that would rescind laws which, to name a few things, ban weapons in airport terminals like the one where the shooting occurred. If passed, the legislation would permit those with hidden carry licenses to bring guns into guest terminals.
