Well you stopping eating animals doesn’t save animals what so ever. Animals are still being killed and eaten. Forests are still be taken down. You’re never going to get everyone on board. Most people can’t afford to go vegan the healthy correct way anyway. Eating tofu is bad for you since its GMo and high levels of estrogens. If people can afford organic fermented soy that’s pretty good. Then you need to make sure you eat the eg stables and supplements. Its possible to do I suppose but there is alotmof conflicting data. And most vegans I meet are pretty brain dead. They become obsessed with not eating meat and their entire lives revolve around it. Not all but many.
