your mom – it seems that way, and hollywood does have a lot of clout with the under 30 crowd. But because their lies are becoming more and more sinister, obviously false, and most of all downright insulting to any fragment of intelligence – even young people’s – the next “teenager thing” might just be to go against the wrong faction…you know, just to be “different” [meaning “exactly like my friends”] which is what young and stupid people are so fond of doing.
If history shows anything, it’s that you can’t predict the next wave of….whatever. Partly because teenagers tend to do the opposite of whatever it is they’re expected or predicted to do, just to “show them” that they can’t be controlled.
Also, the young tend to follow whatever is “cool”: and there is a new explosion of “cool” lefties leaving the left because of their rapidly increasing insanity. If the left would even just hold it’s position, instead of turning batty at a greater and greater rate of speed, they WOULD hold the young generation. But they’re desperate, and desperation makes you do stupid things – like we saw in the last election. Then afterward, did they learn a lesson, and try to find a more effective way of winning the public trust? No. They doubled down on their stupidity, and now continue to fight back with the very behavior that lost them the election. They’ve lost control and don’t know what to do about it. They may yet wake up, and proceed more cautiously – and if they do, they will gain control of the youth again, and many others, and start winning elections again. Then we’re done.
We will replace Twitter with our own tech right. Somebody do it.
