I had the pleasure of attending Milo’s show in Australia. Great guy, who speaks with common values and sense.
Fat people dont need strangers to tell them, they already know that they are.
But if youre a Friend, you can and maybe help them by inviting them to hit the gym togheter.
Most are too afraid of the first step but once they see other fat people working out aswell, they might overcome that fear

One time I was fat. Was told I was fat. Now I am 6 ft 0 and 162 pounds now they say I look bad, ask me if I am sick. No i stopped eating processed meat. Bread and cut back on sweets. I eat green stuff and chicken and meat. BBQ and baked. If I eat fries it is done with peanut oil.

People ask me if i have a problem with fat people. I say yes, because they’re putting so much stress on their body and their heart that they’re going to die early. It’s out of concern, not because i hate them. As a personal trainer, i worry about unfit people who don’t put an effort to lose weight and receive the physical, mental, and spiritual benefits of exercise and food discipline.
