Some interesting things to keep in mind:
1. Carter Page was released from Trumps campaign prior to 23SEP16.
2. The FISA warrant was applied for on 26SEP16.
The first full approval of the warrant appears to have occurred on 21OCT16. There was enough time to inform the judge (Judge Rosemary Collyer) that Page was no longer working on Trumps campaign. Not only did that not happen, but why was Trump being surveiled at all? Why was the warrant renewed every 90 days since? Why did nobody stand up during any of those renewals, prior to 26APR17, and say the basis for the warrant was invalid?
Comey was terminated in May’17. What exactly was/is the basis for Meuller’s investigation?
Further, it’s not just the names of the people listed in Nunes’ memo that are on the hook. Reviewing the 99 page redacted memo/order signed by the judge on 26APR17 reveals that the Attorney General, the Director of National Intelligence, NSA Director, FBI Director, CIA Director, and the Director of the National Counterterrorism Center also had to sign off on this in the September’16 application.
Nunes’ memo is clearly the tip of the iceberg.
