No it doesn’t. Once the wall is built then no more will come in. It’s just about the people who are here now.
The main point is to have stronger control over the flow of people coming into our country and not let it act like a broken faucet in the kitchen. We get the wall and deal with the more problematic aspects of these DACA polices and the like which adds up to a long term affect, then some fine tuning and that should fix most of it.
