Here's how to handle stress and become more peaceful, thoughtful and joyous:

1. Decide NOT to be a stress case. Are you allowing too much stress into your life? Keyword: Allowing. Most stress is not real and therefore you can make the intentional decision to not be as stressed anymore. In fact, most stress comes from one of two things: A false time crunch or making things more important than they really are. The truth is you have more time than you think to become focused, diligent, intentional and disciplined. Realize this, and stress melts away. Secondly, be willing to give yourself perspective. Ask, "How would my highest self view this? Remember: Whatever comes up, you got it. You can handle it.

2. Breathe: Most mental tension comes from physical tension, and taking in little sips of air leads to dealing worse with stress. Do this instead: Take in deeper breaths. Let your stomach out and allow it to fill up like a balloon with air. This will help you calm down. The deeper breathing you do, the more calm you can get yourself. Breathing is life; give yourself the gift of breathing it in.

3. Take A Walk: Leave your office or leave the house and go for a 20 to 40 minute stroll outside. When you are moving and breathing, this helps you open your mind and find more calm.

4. Get Organized: Most stress in our lives could be managed if we just organized it. Sometimes, just knowing that you are planning on handling something tomorrow at a specific time creates peace of mind now. Chunk out the hours of the day where you will move toward accomplishing those things that might be troubling you. When you get organized, you can better handle stress.

One of the most important decisions you will make in your lifetime is to better handle stress. Starting right now, decide not to be as stressed as you were last year or the year before. In doing so, you become happier, calmer and more present in your life and you get to experience what we call The Charged Life!

    • “I don’t think he has really been stressed.” Is what you were trying to say. And yeah, I would agree with you there.

    • Lovely video content! Excuse me for the intrusion, I am interested in your initial thoughts. Have you thought about – Riddleagan Professional Beats Remedy (do a google search)? It is a good exclusive guide for discovering a 7 minute mind power method for living your best life without the normal expense. Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my cooworker at last got great success with it.

  1. While exercise and organisation could help with some sorts of stress t certainly doesn’t apply to any sort of stress that I’ve had in my life. All of my stress comes from not being able to do well enough in sports despite the fact that I’m not bad at them. For me there is no deadline, it’s the exercise that’s making me stressed and I can’t really tell myself it’s not important as sport makes up a huge part of my life.

    • Are u fucking serious. Why are u acting so dramatic and exaggerating. Sports is the last thing for anyone to stress about. If u were living my life. U would wanna not exist anymore

    • +Petrify Voltage you cant say that to people. you dont know what they’re going through. i understand you may think you have it worse but not everyone can tollerate it as well and mayeb thats how they are

    • +Petrify Voltage but it may not to you but it does to them and what if thats not all their going through you never know whats going on with someone mentally. and i known you feel like your going through something worse and i feel likw that too but you still shouldn’t put more stress on them then what they alreadt have.

    • +Petrify Voltage Firstly I’m not some type of overly stressed person. The stress that comes from sports is only minor however it does sometimes deter me from practicing some parts of sports. Like if I don’t like to go and practice jump shots because I get really annoyed at myself if I miss a few.

Secondly I’m actually a reasonably good sportsman for my age, being captain of my AFL team and a starter in my basketball team. When I play it’s my competitiveness and work rate that makes me a good player and it’s the competitive aspect that makes me enjoy sports so much. When I’m by myself though and I can’t hit a jump shot or kick a footy straight that’s when I get slightly stressed.

It’s kind of hard to explain exactly and it’s really only a minor amount of stress that only occasionally appears.

  2. thats helpful but the problem is im not stressed about the things what i have to do ,but the things what i cant do for many reasons out of my hand

    • Yeah same here .. Kind off. But I mean life can’t be easy . You heard him . We ALLOW stress .. So somewhere in our problem we got to take out or put duck tape or something … Good luck !

  3. something funny about walking. I usually talk to myself, solve problems and come up with new ideas while I’m having a 1 hour walk.

  4. I’m 14 years old i have anger problems since i was 11 and i’ve stressed since then, i really don’t know how to control it, but i don’t want it to continue, any ideas? Or same problem? And how you solved it?

  5. to the maker of this video, you have helped me and you should never stop helping. keep fighting against the bad things in life, keep fighting.

  6. When your mom’s dieing so you look up how to deal with stress and some guy tells you it’s made up:

;-; and XD at the same time.
