  1. Great point about the courage to ask for help! It makes me think of how even asking questions can be a practice in courage. Carl Sagan talked about how as children we ask so many questions, yet by the time we reach an older age, we stop asking. What are your thoughts on that?

  2. Let’s clear a misconception:

Courage is not about having no fears, it’s about taking action in spite of them.

And it is something we can learn, by practicing. Not being brave doesn’t have to be a fatality.

  3. *TAKE ACTION* every single day, no matter what. Have *FAITH* that everything is working out in your favor and things come at the right time. You are capable of achieving anything you set your mind to and you only need to DO IT!

  4. Courage is very important in our life, because we have to overcome our obstacles, go out from comfort zone and start doing amazing things, change the world, help others people. Courage is the power to success.

  5. Love your videos! I would love to see a video about “how to be a real person.” I know that sounds funny but I think talking about how to be happy for others and encouraging others even when we’re not happy is a super important skill that most people don’t have. People are constantly comparing themselves to others and feel jealous when we need to tell ourselves we’re enough. I worry most people lack empathy, I have always shown empathy towards everyone and I find it very weird when I never receive it. I don’t think kids are being raised to care for others and that is what divides society and creates narcissistic youth. I would love to hear your opinion on this ☺️

  6. Takeaways
    1. Express Yourself Honestly Daily
    2. Get Small Wins Daily For Momentum
    3. Adopt The “Role Model” Mindset – Recognise That People Need Your Help
    4. Ask For Advice and Help WAY More Often

  7. Thanks, Brendon! Courage is the high performance habit I can definitely improve on. Acting despite fear isn’t always easy, but it’s what I find makes progress happen more quickly. Be bold my friends!
