hi
I’ve been suffering from anxiety, panics (after ending a long toxic relation) since 1.5 month. I listen these manifesting videos, do yoga, exercise etc tryin best to recover but there times I come back to the same worst condition. I DONT KNOW WHATS HAPPENING. Somebody help please. Badly want to get out of it and live my dreams in life.
hey. check out: http://www.spiritfocus.at . I learned a method called MFT that helped me and many others to overcome their anxiety and panic attacks. I would love to help you. (Don’t worry, I’m not trying to advertise or sell anything.) I just wanna help. All the best.
if you keep doing the same things you will get the same results, change to focus to WHAT YOU DO WANT,
Utsah Arya, check out Kati Morton”s YouTube Channel for more specific helpful videos on mental health issues. And go find a therapist urgently! As a quick fix, prepare one room or corner at home as your refuge to go to when overwhelmed. Keep it clean, tidy and cozy so you feel safe there. Or go outside to move whenver you get distressed. Whatever works for you, find out. At least breathe! And call a friend if possible.
Not sure if that contained some of the help you were looking for, but I hope it served you somehow.
I have too. I think social anxiety. Ive been having great fear towards people that they might hurt me all the time but Im learning to gain back my focus. For myself. Youre not alone. Lots of people are battling in that situation
Great content! Thanks. I really prefer when you look right to the camera (in our direction)… don’t take me wrong, I like a lot your insights, but, this kind of camera work and cuts make me feel like it’s not for us, or at least, that you are talking to somebody else. Thanks again for you time and inspiration!
I agree
Janes AKA JPZ I agree.
And to think that I watched this video just in my birthday, so, thanks for the message you’ve given to us, I’ll consider it as a good birthday gift.
Thank you soooooooooo much Brendon! This video was sooooooo needed in my life. May God continue to bless you in all areas in your life and in all that you strive to do!
I want to add that you need to understand that people who would actually support you if you go after something that seems to be out of your reach are pretty unique people. They are rare.
Woww 🙂
Well first-fall i appreciate you sir for your inspirational clips, my first question is:-
Sir, how to take a balance between hater’s and our thoughts which we are delivering in front of whole class.
My second question is,
How to express ourselves in front of people with less stress, fear… hope u get some time to answer my questions based on dealing various types of people confidently.
Thank you sir

People who will discourage you are the norm. By being ambitious and going after “the impossible,” you are posing a major threat to their belief systems. You are hurling big rocks at their glass castle of false excuses in a stormy world of open possibilities. They will fight that tooth and nail. Their survival depends on it. So when you hear their words of discouragement you need to translate them into the appropriate phrases. When they say “Don’t do it. It’s impossible,” “You are not well equipped for this,” “You are being unreasonable by taking this course of actions,” and similar statements. They are actually saying “Don’t you dare prove to me that I’m stuck where I’m in life because I failed to face the truth that I got no one to blame except myself for not achieving what I always wanted to achieve.” So instead of hating them or considering them enemies, feel sympathetic toward them. They are like little kids on the beach of a dreaded island watching you setting sail into a stormy ocean toward paradise island. They will scream at you not to get yourself killed, while deep down they cry and wish they could muster the courage to come aboard.
I am neither a believer nor a hater of you, I am just a subscriber and I won’t care if you reply or not that’s what you said (Don’t take this comment too seriously, I know you won’t) : )
ohhhhm
Just today I was told not to follow what my heart is begging me to. I think some higher power is trying to talk to me through this video. Perfect time to steel my nerves and Brain.
Hey Brendon! I wanna thank you from the bottom of my heart for the kind of positive impact you’ve had on me. The content in this video is great but NOT the way it was shot. When you look right into the camera, it is like you are talking to us and we feel connected to you. I feels like my big brother talking to me. But this way of recording lost the personal connect we always feel when we watch these videos. This is my honest feedback and suggestion. Thank you for always being there.
Yes! Excellent video. Be careful to whom you confide your goals and plans. Finally, I’ve learned to keep my mouth shut. The last time I made the mistake of telling someone about my plans was enough – a neighbor who pretended to be interested in me (she’s not.) When I saw her again a couple weeks later she said, “So, is your book finished yet?” I had told her I was working on the outline – it takes quite a while to write a good nonfiction book especially while running my own business. When I reminded her of that, she smirked in a self-satisfied way. Now I avoid her. Never again will I tell a random person about my projects and goals. The only person I trust is my sister, who supports and encourages me no matter what – as I do her.
Roberta Loufek yes keep your goals to yourself. I am doing that and its lovely
I needed to see this video at this time in my life. Thank you Brendon for this
