BOK CHOY SLAW DISH:
1 clove crushed garlic
2 tbsp. rice wine vinegar
2 tsp. sesame oil
1 tsp. honey
1 tsp. dijon mustard
A pinch of kosher sea salt
3 cups bok choy, thinly sliced
1 carrot, shredded
1 scallion, thinly sliced
In a little bowl combine garlic, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, honey, mustard, and sea salt. Whisk together and reserved.
In a large bowl combine, bok choy, carrot and scallion. Drizzle the dressing over the salad, toss and enjoy.
Serves 2-4.
