  1. We all need some type of supplementation to our healthy daily diets. It us undeniable these days. We each have different inherent deficiencies that need to be supported with adequate nutrients. I thank goodness we have these available from reputable companies who make quality nutraceuticals for us to use. I think people who deny the need for required nutrients and nutrition have their head in the sand.

    • Genes that increase the propensity for Alzheimer’s, cancer, diabetes literally mandate proper, intelligent supplementation…. also inborn errors of metabolism of specific nutrients that also lead to syndromes/disease.
