ادري جوابي شوي معقد ولا قادر اكتب لك كل شي ، بس خلني أكون معاك بسيط لما تتأمل انت تترك الشخص و الشخصيات و الانفرادية كلها و تصعد فوق مكان مافيه غير الأرواح و هل مكان فيه أماكن اعلى منه توصلهم و تجتمع فيهم الأرواح كلها و تكون هل ارواح بطاقتها الهائله تعبر عن حالة واعي مطلق و الي هو الله سبحانه و تعالى انا قد قراءة سيرة الرسول عليه الصلاة و السلام و أتوقع هو وصل هل مرحله تقريبا من قصة الإسراء و المعراج ، فأكيد الرسول عليه الصلاة و السلام ترك الأجسام العقليه و العاطفيه و الجسديه و اندمج معا الكل والله اعلم يعني ممكن يكون موجود انا عن نفسي راح احاول أتأمل الْيَوْمَ فيه بس جدا صعب لأني ما شفته فماراح اقدر بالظبط أتيقن ان هو و انا مو جدا قوي بالتأمل لازم أكون حذّر و ما أتأمل ع اَي أشخاص بس احتمال الرسول عليه الصلاة و السلام يتواصل معاي اذا هو أراد ، و صحتين عليكم الفطور بس الوقت متاخر توكم تفطرتو ؟
فهمت … يعني الآن أصبحت الأمور أكثر وضوحا … الكل لا يوجد فيه روح انفرادية . عندما تندمج مع الكل فأنت قد اندمجت مع الله و مع كل الأرواح الأخرى للأنبياء الخ فالفردية لا توجد
the days u choose to dry fast will be the days yr kidneys will be attempting to function. Juicing days u will be abaorbing nutrients and over loading yr kidneys although its not bad at all so long as u do some dry fasting atleast 24hrs, in one go, each week.
EDIT: Optimal amount of juice per day should be one gallon. Although me peraonally ive just recently atarted a juice fast 9days in and ive been only getting half a gallon a day. Still have energy to do landscaping work so im not complaining, and lots of healing so far for me!
EDIT EDIT: Ive also not had any herbs yet either but this coming pay im getting kidneys, adrenal, indocrine gland, parasite M & G, upper brain, serculation and nervous system.
Then my healing is going to skyrocket and i will become a god <]:D
Depend on your case I would say , for me I did open up my kidney without herbs but it was difficult because I was very dehydrated that I couldn’t dry fast long enough .. some other people have adrenal weakness and that controls the kidney filtration big time , I would highly suggest you take a good look into your eyes and see what’s wrong with your kidney is it genetically weak , or dose it have a lot of lymph , but to answer your question normally you can open your kidney and make it filtering if you juice fast and dry fasted , if u wanna dry fast make sure you hydrate first with fruit fasting only watery fruits before it , and see go for 36 hours some people take 48 hours dry fasting until their kidney open up and filter some take more .. so I depend but you can achieve kidney filtering without herbs yeah ❤️

They are very good. Astringent fruit and beets will crack open your kidneys, as long as you don’t overburden them with excessive liquids.
