  1. Governments can’t stop decentralized exchanges. I also know of an Etherium DAPP that is launching a crypto to Fiat P2P exchange and it’s catered to India where their government shutdown all on ramps.

    • Andy Peterson dollar is gonna collapsed soon due America too too bad around the world to enrich only corrupted politicians, nor for all common people, so get ready our judgement day soon, nobody use dollar, boycott it as global currency, then whole America would turn into Africa in few months.

    • @Toai Guong Jin yes with the heavy policing and run down infrastructure it might look more like USSR. This will hurt the east as well we are all brothers and sisters

  2. Short answer: No

Long answer: No, but the government will have the media lie to you and tell you that the state can anyway, and will spread controlled opposition narratives designed to make people who are disillusioned with the state believe that banks control crypto currencies in order to try and undermine the crypto markets.

  3. You “don’t think “ statement. not an assurance. The government has thousands of attorneys. The poor man cannot afford one. Therefore do not tell the little citizen “you don’t think…” the government can do this or that.

  4. The reason precious metals are still low is that they are being manipulated on a global scale by governments and bankers paranoid about trying to save the value of their fiat currencies. This practice could go on ad infinitum until the current system really does implode.

  5. Am’i the only one that does not care of having $$ in bank, I have 3K$ in my bank account and a 200K$ mortgage, if they want take my money and wipe out my mortgage , all take that deal all day long 🙂

    • @Dan Kennedy they revised the vockler rule. Bail ins and rationing happened in USA back after December tumble. Especially Chase bank. Your $ isnt in bank now, it doesn’t have to be taken Only Insurance Products have reserves always there.

  6. Yes, they can, the on ramp and off ramp to load funds can be turned off. Make it more difficult, then ban it, to make it illegal. 1933 the USA government banned gold unless you turned into the government. Silver, had to prove you were a collector. Same chit different year will happen.

  7. 21:20 They absolutely know what they are doing. They’re intentionally eroding savings, it’s not a mistake. The most embarrassing part of being an American is knowing I’m among a bunch of gullible Sheeple who have bought this crap hook, line & sinker for the last century. Even after my great-grandfather killed himself after the stock market crash of 1929, that part of my family couldn’t see through the mist to realize the banksters and govt had a role in creating the bubble that burst. To be fair they didn’t have google. The fact is to question the foundations of the country has traditionally been portrayed as heretical. Now, it’s come full circle, but the unfortunate thing about that is younger generations realize they’re being swindled but don’t know how, they simply think, ‘we need to tax the billionaires’. God I hate ignorance, including my own, the quest for truth is fun but exhausting.
