FWIW when I lived in FLA. several years ago ever so often the local news would run an expose that these folks had LOST, i.e., they had taken the children but then lost them and had no idead where they were. It would nit surprise me to learn this still goes on.
I just want to cry and cry and cry. Kids can be taken from parents just because we’re not typical, mainstream robots. Or poor.
This case needs to be fully examined with a view to determining who was wilfully lying so that all of their other cases can be re-examined and whether or not some conspiracies had taken place.

Agreed, but it’ll never happen. That would depend on the state doing what is logical and right which rarely if ever happens. This is why the whole system should be abolished and replaced with market solutions that can be more actively held accountable. And Jason Homer, I think what Paul is saying is this needs to be investigated so that any children who were kidnapped can be returned to their families. I know it’s infuriating to hear stories like this but if you come at people with hostility as it seems you’ve done here, you can’t expect anyone you encounter to want to join our cause. Logic and truth are important but kindness is equally so.

Sickening. I’m glad yours is one of the stories that had a happy ending but so many don’t. We home school our kids, don’t vaccinate and teach our kids just how dangerous the state is. We knew this made our family a target so I recently moved my wife and kids to Mexico to keep them safe from government tyrany and I will join them as soon as my affairs in the US are wrapped up. It was a little scary at first but now we’re so glad we did it. Just know that it is possible to start a new, more free way of life no matter what you feel is preventing you from doing so.
We don’t have to live as slaves. We just need to do something about it. More people need to start taking action
OMG the darn near Exact situation occured to my daughter..living off grid in RV and homeschooling 5 kids. Went to a motel after road trip from Louisana to Colorado where she lived before. Police at motel for other issue came to her room to see if she saw any of the incident they were there for…Next thing sherrif and CPS was their. Her and her friend w 2 kids were phyically restrained as her 5 kids 1-8yrs were grabbed and put in a van along w her friends boy, 11yrs old…its been a frigging sad sick joke the past 6 months…no drugs not mental illness etc..3 mo ago CPS stated no return until in a brick and mortar home..its next to impossibe to rent homes in winter rural Western slope CO. ACLU and Lt Gov have been contacted but not yet actively involved…Thank goodness for some good foster parents. 5 kids are in 3 different home. one attends same Spiritual ctr I was member of when I lived there.There is alot more unlawful issues here but this is the edited version. Healthy happy kids with not medical/mental issues althought the youngest boy was “diagnosised”(two people not knowing etemology of diagnosis)with learning disorder. Foster care gets $94 day, $174 for special needs…all kids underwent testing…only one was misdiagnosied thk goodness. This is not the first time cps kidnapped these kids. Iowa did to and case was dismissed by substitute judge. The original caseworker in CO was also CPS officer in Iowa 5 yrs earlier
