  1. Awesome Jeff. I’m from Australia and follow you mate. I only eat organic, cut out flouride and many other cool life hacks.

  2. awsome oportunity but the price of 40000$ is quite high im sure if they make a oportunity for smaler investments like 10000$ more people would take this chance and also the company would expand faster (:

  3. This looks better than the teak wood scam, but I did notice how he said the irr or return “ultimately” ends up becoming income for “some of the investors”.

  4. No one talks about the local workers and how they’re going to get screwed over and over ,to work their own land and get paid $.20 cents per day and get cancer in the process, or maybe not!
    Who knows?.

  5. It’s not organic if it’s not Permaculture… it’s not organic to have the same plants next to each other everywhere… a variety of food on the same farm is ORGANIC…

Planting one type of plant will cause nature to create diseases and or pests… because in nature you do not find orchards.. it is not natural or ORGANIC

but I’m glad to see people talking about organic matter as fertilizer, one stepon the right direction to healing MOTHER EARTH

  6. $9000 roi on a dollar which collapsed. Tell us in gold price haha. How to move forward with a standard of value? Love the idea though.

  7. Very interesting but the website has not been updated since 2015 and hardly and feedback online. Plus Good Harvest Orchards had a similar pitch that ended up scamming slot of people out of their $. Any way to find more updated information and reviews?

  8. I just received their brochure with the 30 year financial predictions and fees. Maintenance fees are $5750 USD/year. The investor’s initial investment and fees are the only actual numbers, the rest is just a forecast based on nothing truly tangible. This is a 40k hectare without the easement, roads, infrastructure… too bad really. The presentation sounded like a thoughtful concept, but numbers don’t make any sense to me. Looks like a highly speculative operation in a country where the bureaucracy is hard to phantom unless one lived under a similar system.
