Order Followers have ALWAYS been the problem with governments. The solution is to NOT have order followers. No Law Enforcement is the only answer. As for the US our founders understood this. When George Washington said “A standing army is the bane of liberty” he was referring to the military policing of government dictates. Recall the Redcoats were law enforcement of his day. He understood that military men follow orders. And when a politician has control over an ARMY — expect tyranny to reign. This was THE reason our founders made it ILLEGAL for the military to be used on the citizenry. In fact this is the reason that its ILLEGAL for the “US Army” to exist outside of a declared war. Its also to be voluntarily created from the “Well regulated (trained) Militia.” Here are the words from one of my favorite founders that explain exactly what the militia is as well as a clarification on WHO is supposed to control “Arms”….Enjoy
