  1. A lower body workout exactly what I needed. I was right too I figured it would be Daniel today. I can’t wait to do this workout. Thank you for all your amazing workouts!

  2. Good morning FB Family! How many times a week do you workout? We usually workout between 3-5 times a week – it really varies. We workout to feel good and live better lives, not the other way around. I’ve seen a few people in our new community forums (check them out @ https://www.fitnessblender.com/community) who have expressed disappointment at hitting “only” 4 workout days a week, as opposed to 5 or 6. There’s absolutely nothing wrong with 4 workouts a week! Or even 3, if you’re talking about strength training and HIIT, combined with a general lifestyle that doesn’t involve lots of time sitting in front of the tv or computer screen (mixed activity like walking, swimming, stretching, hiking, snowboarding, etc, all count!). I think a lot of people are actually overtraining. It’s crucial that you listen to your body and allow yourself flexibility. A rigid mindset is not helpful and there’s nothing wrong with not hitting every single workout, especially if you work a job that has you on your feet all day or if you feel like your body needs less intense activity on any given day. How do you walk the line of pushing yourself and being disciplined, and respecting your body’s needs? Share your experience!

    • I exercise 5 days a week using your amazing program and another day of a fb video of my choice. Thanks to you I lost 14kilos in 9 months and i am now trying to build lean muscles and tone up.

    • I admit I workout or “do something in this sort” 6 times a week. Of course it’s not HIIT or cardio each and every day; I sometimes just dance or do streching or relaxing routine, especialy if a day before was intensive.. Anyway I have a need for 6 times a week and skip working out only in the beginning of my period or when I’m very sick or extremely busy. U know, I mostly seat in my job all day, on the other hand my head works a lot, and when I come back home I really need to move and relieve my tension.

  3. hey guys,
im a great fan of you guys, and i have been workin out with you for a while. though never without a break. de motivation does get me down. im fourteen and i weigh 70 kg. i know thats overweight and i wanna burn away my fat, lose weight and get fit and super strong. could you please help me out.it would be absolutely lovely if you could.
    thanks guys

    • I’m also 14 and I’ve been working out with FB for nearly a year.
I would advise you to eat real food and to cut fried foods completely out of your diet and NEVER eat less than 1200 calories a day, infact us as teenagers need to eat more than adults
and you want to walk as much as you can even half an hour each day would work, and don’t sit too much, and workout from 2-5 times a week as you can.
You’ll eventually get to your goal as you keep committed to being healthy.
I believe you can do it❀
(Also remember to treat yourself every once in a while)

  4. Before I got pregnant I worked out almost daily. Unfortunately while I was pregnant I developed a medical condition effecting my thyroid. I gained a bunch of weight and no matter how much I worked out I couldn’t lose it. I’m now healed and starting my weight loss journey! I thought I’d start easy…So I did this workout with a lot of modifications lol! My legs are not thanking me…But they will be when I look the way I want to πŸ˜‰
