  1. Anyone else notice that it started to sprinkle rain on me for just a few minutes in this video?! I don’t know why but I LOVE it. Feels super special to me.

  2. I learned my genetic pathway. I’ll try to elaborate in the Inner Circle. It may have saved my life. That and other stuff.

  3. I always have a cup of caffeine-free tea with a splash of almond milk unsweetened vanilla and sometimes a few drops of stevia

    • I was diagnosed prediabetic a couple years ago with an A1C of 6.1. I changed my diet to mostly vegetarian with only a little meat a couple times a week and added light exercise (walking around my neighborhood in the evening) and within 6 months my A1C was normal! I still continue to take Metformin 500mg once a day though because of family history of diabetes (my father is Type 1 insulin dependent), and have no issues with side effects. Good luck with your new diagnosis, and it CAN be managed!

    • Thanks for the reply. I was diagnosed in feb 2018, and I started taking insulin shots then I stopped it for a while to take Metmorfin 1000mg twice a day however I have returned taking insulin once a day. Actually I still do not know which type am I. Some doctors said that I am type 2 others said that I am type 1. However, there is no any history in diabetes. Hope I can really manage it. Thank you again

  4. I’ve got dry and damaged hair . Last night I oiled my hair with lavender oil and felt so sleepy and slept well haha, going to use the lavender oil on my hair or hand to sleep quickly again 🙂

  5. i don’t always agree with you, Kristina, but you’re such ray of sunshine regardless. i have a lot of sleep issues and i really appreciate your tips on sleeping better!

edit: omg, journaling is such a good idea
