Really can use something like this now. I have been in quarantine since mid-February and lockdown since about mid-March (going on my 3rd week now). Going totally buggy here! I could use some kind of guided meditation to try to relieve the stress and anxiety I am feeling now. Thank you, Honest Guys, for doing this.
