Jacob Israel I could never take the Old Testament literally. If I did, I would still be Agnostic. There are many passages that hurt me as a human being. I should hate myself basically. Why? Why would a loving creator do that? I don’t think he would. Therefore I don’t take the bible literally and keep my faith

The Bible is full of Hebrew idioms which are usually self explanatory. And when Jesus told a parable He always began by sayin, let me tell you a parable. Even the book of Revelation is not difficult to read only difficult to believe for those who have not eyes to see or ears to hear! Empathic people talk in metaphors (Jesus is the ultimate empath) because they speak about spiritual concepts (invisible) and must get the message across in the physical world because most people understand he world from a physical point of view and being that everything is a above as it is below, everything in the spiritual realm can be explained through such metaphors. This is what they mean with “only those who have eyes to see” meaning whether you can see the connection in everything.

Nowhere does he say we need to find the truth. Jesus said “I AM THE TRUTH” “NO MAN COMES TO THE FATHER BUT BY ME” HE SAID if anyone tries to teach you a different gospel… Flee. Miriam Yahusuha The FIRST addition of the Bible had a lot more insertions by masons. To say that the first (old?) Testament was from the masons is absolutely ridiculous, and beyond that, would have come to light by now. People that live by the idea that the Bible is a giant manipulation don’t seem to consider that there are still older scrolls that people have been able to compare translations to. My issue with Jacob is that he doesn’t ever proclaim faith to Yeshua, not ever. He only says to look inside yourself. I’ve studied enough religions and philosophies to know where this message comes from.

It is truly sad to see so many believers condemning each other over the literal vs. non-literal debate. All of the legalistic mumbo jumbo that some of you are using to “judge” Jacob is exactly what the Bible warns about!!! Sound Doctrine means literally
Jacob I understand the point you are trying to make; but the word is God and God is the living word! Yes we need to use His spirit to show reveal the hidden truths that only those with eyes to see and ears to hear would understand. He reveals the word to us when we seek Him!
However, I don’t recommend trusting anything from the Catholic Church! Latin interpretations were made through the Catholic Church, also known as Babylon!
Travailing in birth is our growth which happens through trials and tribulations that pull us closer to Him if we seek His help during these times! This perfects us in Him and prepares us for rapture!
