In order to receive the Holy Spirit you must be human, (the image of God). What they are doing is altering human DNA to make it impossible to be saved. It may be the mark of the beast, also it will allow the disembodied spirits of the Nephilim (aka demons) to get physical bodies instead of being vagabondes wandering the earth. Perhaps it will allow people who are altered by the mark of the beast to be permanently possessed and unable to turn to Jesus to be saved causing them to be dammed.
