thank you jacob for addressing this subject. the outrage that all this has been causing on FB alone has made me believe that it is all part of a plan. i feel for these families and these children who are just looking for a better life, but i believe there is something very sinister going on under the surface. blessings to you jacob!

Wow! I am not a parent, and hearing this children as they are being separated from their parents, it hit me deep down my soul ya’ll.
31 years ago, I was one of this kids, but I got lucky. I was let go to my father. Laws were a little different then.
I came here escaping a civil war back from 1983-1986 in my country. I saw many of my friends, cousins, uncles been drafted by the government obligated to fight war. Some of my friends didn’t made it back.
My mother made the sacrifice, to get me the hell out, her only boy son. I didn’t knew back then, that it was going to take 17 long years before, I got to see my mother, my sisters and family again. But Her decision, her sacrifice save my life and I am so thankful.
People that are making this policy, will never understand. They can’t understand, and never will, cause they can’t walk in this people shoes.
Watching this situation at the border, makes me sick to my stomach, it boils my blood, I am sadden, and angry. This is very cruel, evil, inhuman, there is no compassion, and no heart in all this ya’ll.
There is a story behind every single person out there.
We all human beings and all we want is a better life for our families.
Don’t rip a child from a mother or dad arms.

Mary & Joseph we’re migrants escaping to Egypt from Herod. Sure is good that they didn’t refuse them or send them back to Herod. Jesus is very clear about how children , woman ,orphans and the poor are to be treated and this is not it. Unfortunately many are tribal and can’t see the other side which the elites know. Isn’t it true that BY LAW, if immigrants go to the boarder ports and tell a boarder patrol officer they want to seek asylum in
the US, that they will NOT be arrested nor separated from their children/families? If this is the case, why would anyone ever try to cross over illegally and risk being seperated from their children IF all they have to do is go to the designated ports and tell the boarder patrol they are seeking asylum? Sounds like something is not adding up to me. . . If I’m incorrect about this law, please let me know.
