Utkatasana: was difficult to pronounce and perform! Good demo and I look forward to working on this one. Harder than it looks for sure, but then again you make most poses look easy! Thank you for posting.
most sexıest voice in the world. and best yoga teacher 🙂
+Mustafa Baki Atalay wait what! have you even heard my voice?
thank you Kino, really nice tips!!!!!
Why do yogis insist in that yoga does something special to your mind? Yoga does to your mind the same thing any other healthy sport does…
i just feel your ideas about woo woo and chakras are pointless and you’re pulling at straws. Time to let it go and do your thing at the gym or wherever.
One thing I’ve learned over the years is to not waste my time and energy trying to enlighten skeptics on _anything._ Their minds are usually already made up and nothing you say is gonna make a difference. It’s just a drain on your energy.
It’s better to talk to people who are already know that yoga is an ancient spiritual art, but don’t know certain aspects of it. In turn they can teach _you_ something that _you_ don’t know about yoga.

You can enlighten a skeptic on anything, provided you present valid evidence. We won’t believe anything right away and, no, we don’t have made up minds. Our mind is an empty canvas, we just happen to know the rules of this game of claiming things.
“It’s better to talk to people who already know…” See that’s how most pseudosciences emerge. People who talk to people tho kind of like a certain topic and won’t even stop consider the posibility that what they believe in is made up.
There’s nothing wrong with yoga. It’s great exersice. It may be relaxing and spiritual. But no, there are no magic energy portals and chakras don’t appear to exist.
palonero you’re annoying.
It is modern century white lie. Yoga in itself , I mean the ancient path, had very little to do with physical postures. All this detailed workouts are modern day commercial products. Yogis of ancient times spent their time meditating, doing rituals, being moral and reading scriptures. They did not go to yoga studios to ‘feel’ spiritual.
Kino you are amazing !!! Do you ever respond back to your post ?
