  4. luv how you hold positions so steadily, and talking all the while…Im thinking you should come with a warning label….I only date yoga masters, as all others would easily vaporize on contact with my body…:)

  5. Not sure if your still checking this, but I’ve been trying to search for a solution to a herniated disc. I keep hearing about strengthening the core. Are these safe for something like this and would it fix or correct the disc over time? Thanks.
