  1. As simple as the statement seems, not sure that I understand exactly how to “pull the heads of the thigh bones into their sockets” when raising to full navasana.  Does this naturally occur as I’m squeezing the legs inward while engaging the core & pelvic floor muscles? I have no difficulty in sustaining a modified (bent knee) boat, or bakasana, in fact.  However, full navasana has always proven to be more challenging for my legs than core.  Hoping to get passed the thought that I must be doing something “wrong;” therefore, any advice is appreciated!  Meanwhile, thanks so much for the video(s), Kino! You are truly a blessing! Namaste’

  2. lose the toe rings , plait the hair ,  and dont try and impersonate other women ,   just be yourself ,  then you can compete with black women

  3. i can’t thank you enough for teaching us how to do it…. i just did my first bakasana following this video and i was ecstatic!! your passion for yoga really is inspiring

  4. I noticed in an article you think people hate you because you wear little shorts. Isn’t it more likely that your videos are of no use to a beginner whatsoever and are just a way for you to show off? That said, I love your feet too.
