  1. Hi Kino. I know you’re a vegetarian and Im just curious what your primary sources of protein are. Hemp protein is about the only thing I can think of.

  3. I used to do yoga until I got sidelined by a back injury. I packed on about 45 pounds over the last 3 years. Six weeks ago I changed my diet, started walking and have dropped 22 pounds already. After getting the okay from the doctor, I am slowly getting back into yoga and you are the perfect teacher. Thank you!! You are awesome!!

  4. HI. When you are doing this pose, should you be pulling on one arm to stretch it? I ask because I can’t grab one hand with the other. I am using a strap. If I want to be able to grab the hands what should I be doing to accomplish this? Thank you.
