….Hummmm, your so nice Kino. Me?? I am a dude – thus, if the knee hurts WRAP IT…….if the elbows hurt WRAP IT. My experience is that that the ligaments have come alive, have lengthen, and the ‘pain’ is your brain telling yah to to keep unwrapping the ligaments and integrate with the rest of the body or body part…..Sciatic hurts???? wrap muscles around that big ol’ electrical cord and keep moving it until it falls into place………yoga NOT for weenies WHY???? BORING……….hugs =)
