That looks deceptive easy! Just did it and I can tell I’m going to feel that tomorrow! Obviously it’s up to you how hard you squeeze the block but I can see how that will improve shoulder strength pretty quickly.

Oh god this hurts I really need to build strengthen shoulders to help my journey to getting my butt off the floor in modification one on jump back tutorial this is great as does not involve weight bearing. I have trouble with my wrist so really struggle with the practice thanks kino x
