  1. You said it right. In your own words you “don’t see” 100% of the male viewers.

Feel free to think you’re correct. You’re entitled to your illusion.
Now, respond again. Do it, and help me add to her view numbers.

  2. omg kino! fantastic and also so fun hahahaha!
Im a little chubby and when I lift up with my legs straight i feels my stomach “folding” so much (im brazillian so maybe a few words may miss in my speech here lol) it kind of hurts (its more of a strong pressure then actual pain). I feel this energy really strong just below my ribs. Is it normal? It is not unbearable pain, but feels strange. Is it normal? tks for sharing with us! Keep on the journey! Namaste

  3. I want to master this pose but sometimes I am afraid to do it I always fall forward and crack my nuckles and it scares me because I think I am going to break my fingers this video does help I will try to curl my toes and pull with my core I usually try to push off with my feet and balance as my feet go up but then I completely flip over. Thank you for this video

  4. Hi Kino,

Love your videos. Can you suggest the best way to fall out of a headstand (laced fingers) if you lose your balance over the foundation? I have been told to unlace the fingers and place the hands near the sides and back of the neck to protect it, then tuck my head in to roll, but that sounds like a lot to do before my body actually falls down. I have been practicing against a wall and can balance fine most of the time but I would like to balance away from it! Thank you 🙂

  5. Kino, thank you so much for all of your videos. They are so informative and have really helped me to understand correct technique and what muscles to be mindful of when transitioning into a pose. I especially appreciate your verbal cues/explanations and love your upbeat and playful personality! So excited to travel to Vegas to see you at the end of the year!

  6. You make this look so easy, I’ve been trying this for days and for the life of me cannot get my core to lift my legs more than a tiny bit and then I go right back down

  7. I can’t say how this will turn out, I’m gona try. I am retired welder,
Indoor and out in cold and hot weather. Hot!didn’t have to warm up so much, in the cold it didn’t warm up. As a result, pain,in all kinds of places. I still go only slow.
