  1. Hi Kino, I wrote you last week wishing you were in LA, California. You responded and you said you will be here in March 2013. I went to your website and I cannot find any workshops for March. Just your trip to Thailand. Do you have any workshops? Any DVD signing anywhere? Any meetups/classes? I’d love to meet the girl who is so inspirational to me. If not, will plan for your future retreats and workshops. Thanks!!!!
    Love and light from California.

  2. Wow fantastic! Hell, you’re so amazing, even the playing around to see if you could get it (which I’m sure you could:) would make for a great video! Trial and error kinda thing. I’ve seen only a few yogis or contortionists do it…I think you can too Kino! Lol. Also, can I add a picture of you to my IG page (uberhuber5000)? I’ll tag you. 🙂

  3. I am still working on touching the knee with my chin and lifting the front leg all the way in to the chest. I am particularly drawn by your tip about placing the hands forward a bit from the pelvis and wider than shoulder width. I guess that’s what I am missing at – as I have been placing my hands just besides the hips – no wonder I find it hard to swing my pelvis forward through the arms….

  4. Hey, i just need to ask… I can do it and hold it but it still feels unstable and i cant always hold the leg on my head,is it the neck muscles not beeing strong enough? or any tips and advice?
