  1. Hallo Kino, can you tell us something about overcoming fear? I am scared to go into headstand, because i don’t know if i am strong enough to hold it. And i have a lot of other fears like talking in front of a lot of people. Do you have any advice? You are a real inspiration to me. Thank you!

    • This is why it took me 7 years to do a handstand. Fear and a lot of ‘stuff’ blocking me. Some days I still can’t do a handstand and other ‘hard’ postures because I can’t get my mind into it. What helps me is meditation. If I meditate, usually with a teacher, so one that does a little meditation before class, I can usually do a handstand now. So my recommendation is to try meditation. And try and be nice and patient with yourself. Handstands and Talking in front of groups of people are both crazy hard, for your mind and body, but with patience, and self awareness, you’ll get both!

    • +0fancyfranzy0 This may sound somewhat obvious, but start out doing it against the wall when no one is watching 🙂  headstand is totally worth learning

Evidence is all around us and those who mare open and pay attention, They will never miss a thing. Everything teaches me something. They say everything happens for a reason,,Very true.
