  1. Got my first one this morning 😉 After trying everyday in urdhva padmasana for the past 8 months.
    Been trying everyday sitting down as well. Not much going on but these little not much eventually add up. Failure allows me to recognize success when it comes!

  5. I just tried this posture and pull a muscle in the left side of the neck. Do you have any stretches for that? Please.
