Ah such a delight to watch this. Thank you for uploading this, Kino. Looking forward to seeing you in Denmark.
This will help me alot!! I only practice at home and basically everything you talked about I will be able to use in my practice. Also I have to say, you are such a great teacher, you speak in a way that is so easy to listen to and you gives me so much inspiration! much love!
Hi kino, was wondering if your gonna be coming to England this year or next? If so when? 🙂
Thank you for sharing, Kino:)
merci pour ton experience que tu nous fais partager …. thx share all
I understand the point, don’t rush in any particular position, it will come with consistent training, but don’t think too much to get the fastest as possible. I done things what were impossible for me, but mostly because I did what I should do, without rush, it took sometimes half year, and I get there, I wasn’t expecting that, I just do what I should do without thinking about goal, but when it happens, I felt soo satisfied.
your a lovely person Kino , thank you . Michael Ridsdale

A great talk Kino and thanks for sharing!
Kino, you are a great person and such a great teacher thanks for sharing.
“Letting go of the need to get there” is exactly where I am at now, and the self judgement that comes hand in hand with that. So good to hear this and finally acknowledge it. Lots of love xxx
. this is helping me deal with my acne skin, dark spots, etc. thank you.
+Han Vu ? whats helping you, Ashtanga yoga?…
nice Kino!
Annoying how I go into the mental construct of I.33. Question: “How to contrast a person, where obscure things don’t happen? I made this up it has no real thought behind it – I just thought it sounded cool 🙂 Actually maybe I should ask, why my mind goes so easily into the mental construct of this I.33
this is one of best discourses I have seen on YouTube.
+Samir Mishra Thanks 🙂
I like her videos in gerneral but…. her “You know” every 5 seconds starts to piss me of. Stop} you dont know what I know and I dont know.
+ancamrg Thanks for the feedback. This was in a live discussion so I was actually checking in the students to see if they understood and to give them space to ask questions.
Hey! I absolutely love your videos. I am very new to your channel, and I would love to correspond with you via email, but I am having the hardest time finding a way to email you or something. My own lack of being techy lol. I have been watching for a while, and I am trying to form a focal point with my own practice. I want to open my own business, as well as, travel the world while doing so but I have no idea where to start. You seem to have this part down. Where does a novice, like myself begin? Also, how does one find a good teacher. I have been to three studios now, but yet I have not found a teacher that I have had a connection with, how does one get that one on one teacher experience that you mention in a few of your videos to actually master the art of being at near complete balance with one’s self. Thanks xoxo!
Hi Semaj. Congrats on being inspired to follow your dreams! Finding a teacher comes from the heart. Search with sincerity and you will find. To open a business, do the research, put in the work and remember to just find something that you love that adds value to the world. And never give up!!
I like the point when you shared that you asked your students what they were thinking during a specific posture they were struggling to do, and I totally had the same response: I don’t know, I just try to do it!
I agree, I need to talk myself thru step by step and guide my body to the posture, a deeper understanding of the Asanas.
Excellent Video clip! Excuse me for the intrusion, I am interested in your initial thoughts. Have you heard about – Patlarny Restore Health Principle (should be on google have a look)? It is a good one off guide for getting an amazing body using Yoga minus the normal expense. Ive heard some awesome things about it and my friend at last got great success with it.
