  1. Great video! I managed to go up into a headstand a few days ago with no help from the wall! I was following your tripod headstand video and wow it helped so much! Thank you (: I have to try handstands, will definitely build up to this! Love this channel, always so positive and encouraging. Thank you for everything that you do! You help so many people achieve their goals 😀

    • KinoYoga I’m able to do a headstand both tripod and the hands around the head version from my childhood and even now (40 now) with no help from anyone or anything. But for some unfathomable reason I cannot do the same with handstand without the wall. With the wall it’s pretty easy for me and I can easily hold for a minute or longer. Any advice for me on how I can cross the line into a handstand away from the wall?

  2. Great idea, will definitely be doing this challenge regularly, managed about 40 seconds first time but I’ll get there!

  3. Don’t know why but hand and headstands are one of the few things I can do naturally well in Yoga …least i got something 🙂

  4. +KinoYoga great vid!
-any advantage to facing the wall in headstand?
-any other tips for moving AWAY from the wall please?
    thanks!

  5. This helped me a lot! 🙂 I gotta question tho! I can do a handstand if I take a jump but not without… is it because I need more core strength? Thank you!
