  2. Kino, one of my yoga teachers (I’m in Santa Cruz, CA) has taken workshops with you and pointed me in your direction to show the possibilities of yoga, especially through a dedicated practice (“practice, practice, practice…..and all is coming”) and I must say, I’m definitely enjoying your instructions and demos. Quite excellent. Thank you.

  3. Hi Kino, beautiful practice! Is the “jump” back traditionally “hopping” into a semi pike position then floating back into chutterunga as opposed to pressing into a pike and floating back into chutterunga? I noticed more of a hop from forward fold into pike in your video. Thanks!

  4. Thank you! This answered my question about keeping the palms on the floor in 3rd+7th vinyasa (page 39 Yoga Mala). Today I started with your dvd of the Primary Series. I loved it 🙂

  9. Hi Kino…thanks for all your videos. I am a big fan of yours. I am a weight loss journey and doing suryanamaskar A and B. Is that sufficient if I do 5 times both for one session per day? I don’t feel so spent like other activities like the treadmill. Should I increase the numbers ?
