  1. I teach yoga to adults with disabilities…I love it 😉 though I don’t know that I am a “true” yoga instructor. I’m dedicated to the physical practice but not so much the spiritual…if that makes sense. Either way I suppose I love my yoga journey. Thanks for this Kino
