  1. Hello Kino how are you?! I have a hard time getting down into a catcher’s position, can you recommend any stretches to open my hips up so i can get into a catcher’s position (baseball player). Thank you much!!

  2. I did this and my shoulders made a huge crunching noise and felt like concaved into my spine and I face planted the floor and I can’t turn my head or lift my arm up, is this normal?

    • I hear you, but I’ve been injured in yoga classes due to the teacher pushing me way harder than I would push myself. My suggestion is to train yourself with beginner videos. Look at Tim Anderson at Original Strength, or some of my beginner videos (Fitness Devolution- I have over 100 videos!). Ultimately, you are responsible for your own progress and safety. Good luck!

    • +Fitness Devolution Thankyou I will check those out 🙂 I’ve found out recently that my bone pain/weakness was being caused by a vitamin deficiency so that probably contributed to it.

    • Trust your self, Scarlet Peoni, do the reading, do the exercise, see how you feel. Come back and repeat tomorrow. Do it again. Set short mid, and long term goals and have fun. Cheers!

  3. I was doing this position today and having problems to lift my back leg up, probably not enough strength and arms balance. I’d practice until I’m able to so,thanks kino for the video!
