  3. The camera auto-focussed on the black lines of the black mat. Thus, the black cat (who walks onto the black mat) comes into sharp focus, in the depth of field, showing that Kino herself is out-of-focus!

  6. I also recommend the book “Teaching Yoga: Essential Foundations and Techniques” by Mark Stephens (2010). An excellent resource for new and experienced teachers as well as a guide for yoga students.

  7. Hi, yes check out Baba Yoga. They do offer Mysore classes in the evenings. AOM Yoga, offers led Primary classes, I teach there.
