Kino you are so strong! I’ve been attending yoga classes for about 5 months and I watch your videos on the regular, you’re doing everything with such a grace, with your beautiful smile and it seems so easy. today for the first time I’ve tried one of your routines at home and it was total fail 😀 I hope I’ll reach your level one day 🙂
+owendavian Awesome! Just keep practicing 🙂
I’m sure this will help me catch my handstand when I kick up! Great tip Kino, thanks! Best from Canada
+Boat People Vintage what will really help you is get rid of habit to kick to handstand. Work your way to handstand press, not a kick, eliminate guess work. It’ shouldn’t fancy straight leg press, press with bent knees from bakasana is perfect. The bonus of getting additional strength all over your body is included.
+TheZarbis Yeah you are right, and I'm working on that too! But for me it's much harder to handstand press than kick up. The two ways are just different means to get there and both are still to explore and improve! 🙂
In your last handstand dip video you were going down further than in this one… Can you go all the way down touch your head to the floor, and push yourself back up?
+lawndogmoon2 I can do down all the way but not yet back up… 🙂
Hi Kino, I have a video request: It would be awesome to see you try gymnastics! Maybe together with a coach at a gym? I know you never were a gymnast or a dancer, so it would be interesting to see what the Ashtanga practice has enabled your body to do 🙂
Also, great exercise! As a gymnast, I love doing these!
+Calvin Krause Thanks for the suggestion 🙂
you have amazing legs and thighs how did you develop them? So beautiful proportions and volume. Is it pure muscle or a little healthy fat and muscle combination. Your skin and body looks alluringly healthy and sexy!
Great you empowering people
