  2. It tooks me more then year to do Lotos I just wanted to share that for people who started practising.I guess the women can reach padmasana faster but I was doing weight training many years before start with Ashtanga and was very taff when I started :)))

  3. I love these videos that show more yin-like postures. I like to do this sort of thing at night. I try to be conscious about overdoing things (I practice in the mornings), but a nice passive stretch is nice to have for a moon day, or for the evenings or whatever. Thanks!

  5. Hi, i am looking at DVD collections on your website. I am a beginner. Could you please verify that do i need to follow this specific order of your DVDs? What would you recommend to a beginner? –

  6. So should i replace “Ashtanga Yoga Intermediate Series” with “Primary Series” or are you recommending to do “Primary Series” before “Ashtanga Intermediate Series”?

  7. I do 1 series for 1hr.40 min and then just half lotos and full lotos that’s all the first series work to open your hips good :))

  9. kino,i love your videos but i wish you would count the breaths while you were showing us these things… i feel like when i breathe in the traditional ashtanga way i gain so much flexibility so quickly (which might be because i am new to ashtanga, but most of the viewers will be new to it as well!)

    1. intro to ashtanga yoga
    2. ashtanga yoga primary series
    3. ashtanga yoga intermediate series
    4. ashtanga yoga third series
