Strength is hard work and building strength takes time, patience and determination. The lesson of strength took me years to integrate into my body, mind, and soul. I designed this challenge so that you can learn all the tools I learned on my journey and safely progress deeper in your practice.

  1. Thank you Kino for this ” healthy” workout. It reminded me onother good one done few months ago : “day 28” witch i practiced many times.

  2. Hi Kino I really need your advise on two concerns the first with such conflicting info can you practise A. Yoga alongside walking & running 6-10 miles? or does this effect your everyday progress on the mat?. When I have done this, it throws me completely off track and I am really tied to do my Yoga. Two when I am back then practising from a 2/3 day break my body seems off balance when doing for example utthita hasta I am losing my balance on the standing leg feels weak. I use to be a runner, but stopped when I started ashtanga Yoga in April this year. Have made so much headway with practising everyday but cut back to 5 days at the moment. appreciate your feedback Kino? 🙂 I have no intention on ever stopping as A. Yoga found me and pulled me into its vortex and I can never go back……..I love it so so much! (Hugs Kino)
