Hmmm, that is a VERY bad idea. I live in Silicon Valley where most people are very intelligent, but still vote for very destructive liberal policies. The problem is people’s emotions getting in the way of their ability to reason.
Likewise, there are people that are not “intelligent” by normal standards, but vote for what is best for America because they understand the 1776 and Christian traditions that made America what it was.
You DO NOT want to give government the power to choose who can vote or not. That would be Tyranny. I’ve very surprised to hear Mike say such a thing.
