In this quick talk, 17-year-old inventor Akash Manoj shares the device he's developed to stop this silent killer: a noninvasive, inexpensive, wearable patch that alerts patients during a critical moment that could mean the difference between life and death.

GREAT TALK: I had multiple silent heart attacks before ending up in the hospital for 4 bypasses. This could save someone life for sure. I am type 2 diabetic and I also had a very severe case of Shingles, that combination severely damaged my nerves. I have never felt the multiple silent attacks I had. Great invention!!
